Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans taco sauce
1 or 2 cans chili peppers
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 bunch scallions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp. paprika
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients; simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add cheese, simmer for 30 minutes longer.
Fry ground beef; drain.
Add to cheese mixture.
Serve as dip with Fritos or tortillas.
Yield: 25 to 50 servings.
