Deer Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. deer burger
1/2 lb. pork
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 small pkg. cream cheese or milk cheese
1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream
Preparation

Combine meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and egg.
Shape into 1-inch balls, placing a small amount of cream cheese into center of each meat ball.
Brown in a small amount of fat.
Add tomatoes, mushroom soup and remaining cream cheese.
Cook slow in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Add sour cream before serving. Serves 8.
