Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flour tortillas
    1 1/4 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger in skillet.
    Remove from heat; drain. Stir in onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Cover and reserve.
    Heat remaining ingredients to boiling.
    Stir occasionally.
    Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
    Pour into pie pan.
    Dip each tortilla into sauce.
    Coat both sides.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup hamburger mix into each tortilla and roll up. Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, onions and lime wedges.
