Rolled Stuffed Meat Loaf(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 slices (very thin) ham
    2 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. chopped olives (either ripe or green)
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, egg, salt and pepper thoroughly on waxed paper; roll meat mixture out into 1/2-inch thick rectangle (about 8 x 11-inch).
    Lay ham crosswise, then cheese.
    Sprinkle with chopped olives.
    Roll meat like a jellyroll.
    Secure the ends and seam by pinching them together.
    Place seam side down in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake on High in microwave for 5 minutes, then Medium power for 16 minutes, then on Medium-low for 4 minutes.
