2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
