Mexican Dipper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta Mexican hot cheese
    1 lb. Velveeta Mexican mild cheese
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Blend cheeses in crock-pot with tomato sauce.
    Add beef and onion mixture; blend in mushrooms.
    Serve warm with nachos or taco chips.
