Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
1 c. sugar
12 soda crackers
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. pecans, broken
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine ingredients. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with sliced peaches (treat the peaches with Fruit Fresh to preserve color), then with whipped cream.
