Candy Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites, at room temperature
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 lb. walnuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add sugar gradually and then margarine.
Fold in nuts.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir every 5 minutes.
