Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. canola or olive oil
2 c. chicken broth, unsalted
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt or salt substitute to taste
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cook rice, celery and onion in oil in a large frypan, stir occasionally, until rice is lightly browned.
