French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flaked coconut
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream oleo (or butter) and sugar. Add other ingredients in order. Mix and place in an uncooked 8-inch pie crust. Cook in an oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and continue cooking for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool before serving. Serves 6. Can do ahead.
