Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 large onion
    1/4 green pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can whole corn and juice
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 jar minced pimento
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Saute in butter the onion and green pepper.
    In a large bowl, mix eggs, corns, pimento and corn bread mix.
    Put mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan; spoon the sauteed onion and pepper over top, then 1/2 pint sour cream in dollops.
    Cover with grated sharp cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 12.
