Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs (about 6 medium) potatoes-peeled and thinly sliced
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/4 c chopped onion
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 c water
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 11 x 7inch baking dish. Place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water, bring to a boil.
Cook over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, drain. Set aside.
