Banana-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Toss the sliced bananas in the lemon juice.
    Add the walnuts to the bananas.
    Mix the mayonnaise with the parsley and add to the bananas and walnuts.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
