Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    pinch of baking soda
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
    milk (enough to make slightly soupy)
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into greased baking dish and let set on counter for 15 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until done in middle, about 40 to 45 minutes.
