Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soft shortening
6 to 6 1/2 c. white flour, sifted
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
-
In a large mixing bowl, mix the lukewarm water, sugar and salt.
Sprinkle the dry yeast over the top.
Let yeast dissolve.
