Tangy Chipped Beef Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 oz. jar sliced dried beef, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix well.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of dried beef (reserve remaining for coating.)
Chill one hour and form ball. Roll in remaining dried beef.
