Bayou Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions, chopped
    butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. peeled crawfish tails
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    few dashes Tabasco
    2 bay leaves
    dash of thyme
    salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Saute green onions in butter or margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Yield:
    2 servings.
