Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, diced
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    1 small onion, diced
    1 lb. long grain rice (half cooked)
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 pt. chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    1 bay leaf
    turmeric according to taste
    cayenne according to taste
    curry according to taste
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, parsley, onion, and cooked rice in oil.
    Put into a 3-pint casserole dish with broth and seasonings and cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 (gas 4) for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Serves 4 to 6.
