Greek Olive Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar (1 c.) pitted black olives
    1 can (1 c.) pitted green olives
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. each: oregano, rosemary and thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place all
    ingredients\tin
    blender
    until smooth paste forms. You will need to scrape down the sides often.
    Refrigerate until needed.
    Serve
    full
    strength
    or\tmix with sour cream or cream cheese.
