Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cloves garlic, mixed with 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. light olive oil
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1/2 broccoli in bite size pieces
    1 small onion
    1 carrot, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Mix well soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and garlic with water. Cut chicken breasts thinly and stir-fry in olive oil for 2 minutes.
    Add vegetables to stir-fry.
    Cook for 4 minutes.
    Add soy sauce mix.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Serves 4.
