7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut or torn lettuce
    cut spinach
    green onions, sliced or chopped red onion
    sliced radishes
    bite size pieces cauliflower, green peppers or broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed but uncooked
    Hellmann's mayonnaise
    grated Parmesan cheese
    cherry tomato halves (to decorate)
Preparation
    In a 9 x 12-inch casserole (round or flat), layer lettuce (1-inch deep) and remaining vegetables in order listed.
    Spread mayonnaise over top.
    Sprinkle freely with Parmesan cheese. Decorate as desired with cherry tomatoes.
    Serves 8.
