Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple or tidbits, drained (save juice)
    1 (16 oz.) can lite chunky fruit, drained (discard juice)
    1 (13 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    3 Tbsp. Tang
    2 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Make pudding with pineapple juice, instant pudding and Tang. Slice bananas and add to pudding with fruit.
    Chill both fruits before making.
    This is good for diabetic diet.
