Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thawed peas (I use tiny peas)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine peas, celery, cheese and onion.
    In separate bowl, blend salt, pepper, mayonnaise and lemon juice together until smooth.
    Add to peas; mix well.
