Caramel Tapioca Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pearl tapioca
    3 c. brown sugar
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Soak tapioca in 6 cups water overnight.
    Add brown sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 until tapioca is clear and liquid thickens.
    Remove from oven; cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
