Broccoli Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 box or bag rainbow rotini
    2 bunches broccoli
    1 small container fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1/2 bulb garlic
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
    2 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Cook rotini as directed.
    Drain and set aside.
    Melt butter in a wok or 5-quart pot.
    Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; saute until browned.
    Add broccoli flowerets and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Pour in the rotini and stir well.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
    Add the half and half and simmer until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
