Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. Eagle Brand milk
    2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, cornstarch, milk, vanilla and baking powder. Add Cool Whip, Eagle Brand milk and instant pudding.
    Pour into ice cream container and add milk to fill line.
    Mix in freezer until done.
    If desired, nuts or crushed fruit may be added.
