Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts or thighs, skinned
crackers (Club, Waverly or saltine)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
-
Crush crackers and mix with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into melted butter.
Roll buttered chicken in cracker crumb mixture.
