Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef, cubed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    8 oz. Burgundy
    4 oz. water
    1 can mushrooms, drained or 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, sauteed
Preparation
    Brown beef in
    oil
    in\ta large skillet.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer,
    covered
    for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
