Fried Jalepenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peppers
    1/4 c. Monterey Jack
    1/4 .c cheddar
    1/4 c. Mozzerello
    flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Strip seeds from peppers. Grate cheeses and mix. Stuff the peppers. Dip in egg wash (milk and egg), and roll in flour.
    Fry in deep fat til golden (use basket to keep peppers together.
