Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices sandwich bread
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of dry mustard
    dash of seasoned salt
    3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped parsley as garnish
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread and cut into cubes.
    Beat eggs and milk; add seasonings.
    Lightly butter a 2 quart casserole dish. Line bottom with one half of the bread cubes and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese.
    Repeat cheese and bread layers, then pour milk and egg mixture over all.
