Baked Rabbit Milano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, dressed
    1 c. red wine
    salt and pepper
    2 garlic cloves
    1 slice lemon
    1 onion, sliced
    celery leaves, chopped
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    bacon slices
    1 tsp. sage
    rabbit liver, sliced
    1 garlic clove
    1 slice lemon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    red pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Marinate rabbit in the refrigerator in a mixture of the next 7 ingredients overnight.
    Cut into serving size pieces.
    Cover each piece with a bacon slice, sprinkle with sage, brown in oil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
