Bing Cherry-Coca-Cola Salad(Jackie Brunson'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can Bing cherries (pitted)
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. black cherry Jell-O
3 oz. cream cheese
1 bottle Coca-Cola
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Drain juice from cherries and pineapple.
Heat juice to boiling point and pour over Jell-O.
Stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese which has been softened to liquid.
Add Coca-Cola, cherries and pineapple. Congeal. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise dressing. Serves 8 to 10.
