Spanish Fordhooks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Pictsweet Fordhook lima beans
2 Tbsp. Pictsweet chopped onions
1/4 c. Pictsweet chopped green peppers
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/3 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
-
Prepare beans according to cooking directions; drain.
Brown onions and peppers in margarine; add tomatoes.
Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Add cooked beans.
Sprinkle croutons on top and heat an additional 10 minutes.
