Pineapple-Cheese Christmas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks in juice
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, juice and Cheddar cheese together.
    Set aside. Mix sugar and flour together and add to pineapple and cheese mixture.
    Spread in 8 x 11-inch or 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Spread crackers over mixture.
    Pour butter (oleo) over top of crackers. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
