Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. King syrup or light molasses
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and syrup.
Mix well.
Add butter, salt, vanilla and nut meats.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until set.
Makes 1 large pie.
(One and one-half recipes make 2 small pies.)
