Seafoam Peach Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. peach preserves
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine egg white, sugar, salt, water and peach preserves in top of double boiler.
    Beat one minute to blend, then place over rapidly boiling water.
    Beat for 7 minutes or until frosting stands in peaks.
    Remove from water and add vanilla.
    Beat until thick enough to spread on cake.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
