Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
6 oz. sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Put one-half of shredded cheese on bottom of pie shell.
Next put cooked and crumbled sausage.
Put rest of cheese.
Beat eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over cheese and sausage in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
