Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and syrup until it forms a soft ball in water.
    Beat egg whites.
    Then put in with syrup.
    Beat with mixer until thick and creamy.
    Gradually fold in vanilla and nuts.
    Pour on buttered plate or drop by tablespoons on waxed paper.
