Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 lbs. onions
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Dash, Tabasco sauce
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1 stick of margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Put in pie shell. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 then 300\u00b0 until brown.
