Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Mix baking powder with the flour.
    Add flour mixture, a little at a time, to the butter mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Chill.
    When dough is firm, roll out on floured paper.
    Cut out into squares or with a round cookie cutter.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 on a greased cookie sheet until brown.
