Mock Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices white bread
    1 pkg. American cheese (8 oz.)
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Break up bread.
    Spread in baking dish.
    Grate cheese over it.
    Beat eggs; add seasonings and milk.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    Stir.
    Cover.
    Let stand in refrigerator at least 3 hours (can leave overnight).
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
