Angelic Strawberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 (10-inch) angel food cake, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced

Preparation

In mixer bowl, mix pudding, sour cream, milk and orange peel until well mixed.
Fold in whipped cream.
In large clear serving or trifle bowl, layer cake pieces (1/2), strawberries (1/3) and pudding mixture (1/2).
Repeat layers.
Arrange remaining strawberries on top.
Chill 2 hours.
