Chicken Stuffed With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small thin skin potatoes, precooked and quartered
    8 to 10 olives, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix together all of the ingredients.
    Stuff chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
