Apricot Baby Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 can junior size apricot baby food
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Fold in all ingredients, except flour and nuts.
When well mixed, fold in flour and nuts.
Bake in well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
