Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans small beets
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt to taste
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, mustard and vinegar.
    Pour over beets and stir until well coated.
    Chill.
