Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1 egg white
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Whip egg whites until frothy. Add water, sugar and cinnamon. In a 9 x 12-inch cake pan, melt the butter or margarine. Pour pecans in egg white mixture; stir well and then pour into pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
