Sausage-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 chopped onion
    1 can drained, sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 pkg. brown wild rice mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage, beef, onion and pepper together; drain well. Add mushrooms and the package of uncooked brown wild seasoned rice or any long grain wild rice with seasonings.
    Also, add soups and water; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Top with cheese for last 20 minutes.
