Mock Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. (20) coarsely crumbled crackers
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine egg, 1/2 cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add meat; mix well.
    Shape into 6 (1/2-inch thick) patties and coat with remaining cracker crumbs. Cook in hot oil over medium heat until done.
