Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese (block form)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    7 oz. can pimentos
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. dry powdered mustard
Preparation
    In double boiler, mix
    milk
    with cheese cut into small pieces.
    Heat until smooth.
    Add vinegar and dry mustard.
    Set aside to cool.
    Cut pimentos
    into small pieces; add to cheese mixture.
    Beat until smooth.
    Refrigerate until needed.
