Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. 12 enchilada shells
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    mushrooms
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Add mushrooms and Lawry's mix (with water).
    Pour 1 can tomato sauce in bottom of baking dish. Add a few teaspoons hot sauce.
    Roll a little hamburger mixture and shredded cheese (and black olives, if desired) in each shell. Roll up shell and place in baking dish.
    Pour the other cans of sauce over them and sprinkle remaining hamburger and cheese over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts (approximately 20 minutes).
